    outdoor garden
    metro access
    cramped rooms

The outdoor garden for breakfast adds a nice touch to the experience with plenty of choices to pick from. Its proximity to the metro makes it convenient to get to nearby train and bus stations, eliminating the hassle of steep hills.

Rooms are quite cramped. navigating them, especially with luggage, can become a bit of a challenge. The layout is peculiar, as rooms are in a separate building down the street from reception, which may not be ideal if you need quick access to amenities. Parking is tricky due to the one-way roads surrounding the hotel, making check-in cumbersome. Despite the pronounced benefits, the perception of cleanliness doesn't always match expectations, with some areas needing attention.

    cleanliness issues

Clean and comfortable rooms with a great location.

My experience at Hotel Maison Montgrand was quite disappointing. The room I stayed in was cramped and had a stuffy atmosphere, which made my nights uncomfortable. Additionally, I noticed some cleanliness issues upon arrival, which were quite off-putting, as there were places that needed more attention, including the bathroom. Overall, I expected more from this hotel based on the pictures seen online.

    slow wi-fi

    Great spot near the port!

Had a nice stay here! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the harbor. My room was cozy and had all the basic amenities. I definitely enjoyed the bar/lounge area! The only bummer was the slow Wi-Fi, which made streaming a bit tough. Overall, not a bad deal for the price!

    cramped room
    poor ventilation

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Double Room. It was really clean, and the bed was super comfy! However, the room felt a bit cramped, especially with our suitcases. The ventilation wasn’t great, making it a bit stuffy at times. Overall, not bad for the price and location!

I loved relaxing in the beautiful garden area and enjoyed the delicious breakfast options each morning. Our room was cozy and stylish, although it was a bit snug with all our luggage. A little tip for future guests, try to go to breakfast early on weekends to avoid the crowds! 😊
